I've been to it once, and the whole crowd was so enthusiastic and in the mood for a good time. The whole idea is to make everything fun! The announcer was quite the comedian too, and the floats were so creative. We bought coffee from a gas station to help keep warm, and we stood the whole time, out of the wind and all bundled up.
