Beyond Miniland: Lego Creations at Legoland Florida

LEGOLAND Florida Southern Belle

While Legoland Florida’s Miniland area was absolutely amazing in its size, scale, and detail, it’s not the only part of Legoland Florida where you can find creatures made of Lego bricks.  From the front entrance with its southern belle greeting guests to the police officers and fire fighters near Rescue Academy, Legoland Florida has Lego-brick creations nearly everywhere you go.  50 million bricks were used in the making of Legoland Florida, and only 30 million of them are in Miniland, so there are plenty of other imaginative Lego people, places, and things located throughout the park.

Here are some that I spotted.  (Click on the photos to enlarge them, or see all of my Legoland Florida photos on my Flickr page.)

I love Lego Land. Although I have 3 kids I enjoy sometimes more than them inside. Lego Land in Berlin is awesome as well. I recommend visiting it:)

The place looks awesome. The figures they had created using legos are impressive. The place looks so fun and I think this would be a great place to take my kids. I am sure they will be inspired by these great works and encouraged their creativity.
