They state a max of 5 people, although you could put 2 children in the sofabed easily. Rooms are small, but there was a full wall & door between bedroom and sitting area, with a TV in each room. It's nothing fancy, but the location is good (right near the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, theaters, etc.), and there's free parking and a great free breakfast.
