Thanks for the info! That’s very helpful. I think we might give it a try sometime when the weather is good.

Sarah, the first few miles were paved, and then it turned to decent gravel. The driveway to the church was questionable; it was a good thing we’d just had new tires put on. We were there the day after it rained in San Antonio, so it was still wet and slimy. Also, one of the crossings had a small amount of water over it. You wouldn’t want to go after a heavy rain.

We wished we were there at lunch time because there was a picnic shelter next to the church.

The GPS indicated that continuing on the road would get us back to 16, but it went through a ranch that said “no trespassing” so we were confused as to whether we could go on the road through the ranch or not.

How was the road to get to Polly’s Chapel? I’ve wanted to see it, but read somewhere that the road is really bad, and I didn’t want to get stuck out there with a 2 year old. Maybe I’m just being a wimp!
