Thank you for this honest review. Disney on Ice is coming to our neck of the woods soon and I had thought about going with my three year olds but I think we will hold off for one more year. It sounds like alot of fun but I think it will be more fun next year.

We got in on a special deal – all seats (except ice side) were $11.00 for opening night and Friday morning – otherwise, I think they were $42 (plus another $42! for ticketmaster fees!) per seat –

For the money we spent – well worth it in my opinion!

Darcie–I didn’t know that the $11 seats were on the lower level–that’s great! I’m with you on the Ticketmaster fees. I was complaining to my husband about the same thing.

We attended the show Friday morning and had corner seats, 12th row up – they were AWESOME seats and we paid just $11.00 a ticket – I’m glad I didn’t have a temporary lapse in judgement and spend the big bucks for the ice side seats – I almost did – but changed my mind – our seats were SO GREAT! I will say, ticket master ended up DOUBLING the price of our seats by the time we paid their ‘convenience charges’ & such – harumpf.
Thankfully my kids aren’t beggers and we were able to bypass all of the concessions – I’m pretty sure I’d have to work for a month to afford what the woman behind us spend on her 5 year old. $15.00 for a slushie in a squeeze bottle? I don’t think so!
Our 4 year old daughter LOOVED the show-our 3 year old son lost interest really fast – I’d go again – but if I could find a way around that ticketmaster thing – that’d be the way to go!

Thank you for the review. I was very tempted to buy tickets for this show–in spite of my daughter’s lukewarm reaction to the idea. It looks spectacular, but I think I made the right decision to hold off for now. (I hope the Princesses come back within the next 2 years!)

Thanks for the heads up! The girls and I along with a friend and her daughter are going to the show tomorrow we are in row 14 of the lower section so I am hoping our seats will allow us to enjoy the show as you did. I will admit we have never been to one either and I may be more excited then the children!!!!
