I was in St. Peter with a group of my students 2 days after the tornado. We assisted with cleanup which was such an amazing experience... yarn in trees, glass in the grass, and the debris of life strewn cattywampus all over the town. We all came home sobered and changed. But I do love St. Peter. It is a great town, and the Gustavus campus is quite pretty (and it takes a lot for an Ole to say that!). So glad you had such a nice visit! :) PS: have you ever seen the Betsy-Tacy mural in the Mankato library?
