One of the things I like to do when we travel is to stop and take pictures of roadside historical markers.  The kids are accustomed to it; even my three-year-old will say, “Mommy, there’s a ‘storic marker. You have to take a picture of it.”

I’ve tried different ways of sharing these markers, and now I’ve decided to include them here.  So from time to time, don’t be surprised if you see a photo of a historic marker.  I won’t write much to go with these photos, since the markers tend to do a good job of telling the story.
