You may recall that I’ve written about Famous Dave’s several times this summer.  I was chosen to be one of their ten “Famous Fans” in a competition to see who would be the best, and for my part of the fun, I started a Famous Dave’s blog, tweeted about Famous Dave’s, started a Famous Dave’s group on Flickr, and, well, you get the idea.  They’ve sent gifts and prizes, and I’ve had fun seeing how social media can be used to start a grassroots campaign to promote a brand.

It’s coming down to the wire, and my final competition post is up.  If you’re a fan of Famous Dave’s, or if you’ve never been there before, would you take a second to stop over at I Love Famous Dave’s and leave a comment vouching for me, or tweet a message that @minnemom should be crowned the Most Famous Fan?  And if you haven’t signed up for the free stuff PIG Club yet, be sure to do that as well.

Summer’s going fast, but I have a few other things planned, including some posts about other restaurants that are kid-friendly and allergy-aware and have become family favorites.
