		<description>Thanks for this information.  The historic display has been taken down around Sep/08 and moved to the Kandiyohi County Historical Society location near Robbins Island in Willmar.  It was moved because of vandalism and they wanted to protect it.  There is still a marker to indicate the Capital Hill site.

I own the house 1/4 mile north of this site so I&#039;m glad people are interested in this history.

Keep up the good work in highlighting Minnesota history!!!!
